Awashima Marine Park (Awashima Island)
Awashima Marine Park sits on Awashima, a small uninhabited island reached by a short ferry ride, and it’s the single most Aqours-dense location in the series. The island is home to Awashima Hotel, the real-world model for Mari Ohara’s family home, and Kaeru-kan (Frog House), the model for the diving shop where Kanan Matsuura works.
The crossing from the mainland takes about 3 minutes, and the view of Mt. Fuji across Suruga Bay from the boat is a great way to start a pilgrimage day.

Mito Beach (三津海水浴場)

Yasudaya Ryokan
Directly across from Mito Beach, Yasudaya Ryokan is the real-world model for protagonist Chika Takami’s family home. Founded in 1887 (Meiji 20), it’s a registered Tangible Cultural Property of Japan.
The inn was named “Taigakuso” by statesman Yukio Ozaki, and it’s also known as the place where novelist Osamu Dazai stayed for about a month while writing the first two chapters of his novel The Setting Sun (Shayo). The rooms he used are preserved in their original layout and can still be booked for an overnight stay.
Izu-Mito SeaParadise
Nicknamed “Mitoshi,” this aquarium appears repeatedly throughout the series and is known for its sea lion and dolphin shows, some with Mt. Fuji visible in the background.

Naganama Castle Ruins (長浜城跡)
This hilltop ruin is where the Aqours members shot their promotional video in Season 1, Episode 6. From the top, you can see across Uchiura’s coastline to Awashima Island and, on a clear day, the city of Numazu in the distance.
It’s about a 7–8 minute walk uphill from the parking area, and the path is somewhat steep, so wear comfortable walking shoes. By bus, get off at the “Naganamajō-ato” stop on the Tokai Bus Orange Shuttle line, about a 7-minute walk from there.
Nagaizaki Compulsory School Area (Model for Uranohoshi Girls’ Academy)
The real-world model for Uranohoshi Girls’ Academy, where Aqours attends, is Numazu Municipal Nagaizaki Compulsory School (formerly Nagaizaki Junior High School). The area around it appears often throughout the series — a hilltop surrounded by mandarin orange groves, with sweeping views of Mt. Fuji and Suruga Bay.
Important: This is a real, currently operating school. Photographing the school building, students, or entering the grounds can constitute trespassing. Please admire the surrounding scenery from public areas only and avoid the school itself.
Sannoura Tourist Information Center
This information center is a great stop for fans, with Love Live! Sunshine!! merchandise on display and a community space where visitors can chat with other fans. Much of the memorabilia here was donated by fans from across the country, and there’s a pilgrimage notebook where visitors can leave messages.

Getting Around Uchiura
Uchiura is noticeably less convenient to reach than central Numazu, so plan ahead. The typical route is a Tokai Bus (including the Orange Shuttle line) from JR Numazu Station, but buses run infrequently.

- Expect a fair amount of walking and some uphill sections — wear comfortable shoes
